Aunque no fue expuesto en la rueda de prensa de manera explícita, más tarde en el sitio web del botón de emergencia decretado por el gobernador Enrique Alfaro, se dejó expuesto que las playas de Jalisco deberán cerrar a las 3 de la tarde, todos los días, por dos semanas.

Esto, adicional a las otras medidas implementadas, que son la cancelación de toda actividad a partir de las 8 de la noche y que el transporte público y plataformas como Uber e In Driver dejarán de dar servicio a partir de las 9.
Lo anterior viene a ser un fuerte golpe para Puerto Vallarta, que había registrado niveles de ocupación favorables en el último mes. Aunque si se permitirán las actividades vespertinas y los tours, acceder al Malecón y sitios públicos.
La medida tiene vigencia de 14 días a partir del viernes.
En el lado de Riviera Nayarit, las playas seguirán abiertas pues el gobierno de ese estado no ha anunciado ninguna medida de restricción tras reabrir sus costas y restaurantes.
