La Fiscalía General de Jalisco informó a la opinión pública que ya cuenta con un detenido sospechoso por el homicidio del ex gobernador Jorge Aristotéles Sandoval.
Hecho que tuvo lugar el pasado viernes en el antro restaurante Distrito 5 en Puerto Vallarta.
Señaló que el detenido está a disposición del Ministerio Público para que desahogue pruebas.
Asimismo, la Fiscalía ha girado varias órdenes de arresto, por lo que se espera que haya más detenidos.
Esto, luego de un operativo que se llevó a cabo en la madrugada de este miércoles en los condominios Icon sobre la avenida principal del puerto.
Asimismo, el fiscal de Jalisco, Gerardo Octavio Solís, informó que se recuperó la consola donde se tienen los videos de seguridad de aquella noche.
Por lo que se tienen ya imágenes de los responsables que realizaron el asalto al Distrito 5 Y ejecutaron al ex gobernador.
“Ya fue posible localizar y recuperar un DVR (Grabador de Video Digital por sus siglas en español) ahí en la plaza, de tal manera que será procesado pericialmente a através de una serie de autorizaciones jurisdiccionales, con la finalidad de poder hacer los análisis que nos lleven a una aproximación cada vez más certera respecto del asesinato del ex gobernador”, dijo el fiscal.
